Yahoo! UX Research Intern

Sunnyvale CA, Summer 2014

Throughout the summer I was able to work on several studies for the UX research team. I was able to use various research methods as well as hone my skills in interviewing, creating frameworks, writing screeners, and developing protocol. 

  I led a design research study to explore user engagement around Tumblr through an online diary study, semi-structured interviews, and usability testing.

  I also piloted an internal study around mobile content consumption to help forward ongoing design initiatives.

 On top of the 3 studies, I assisted the UX research teams with ongoing generative and evaluative studies for several product platforms. I was great to learn for the experience of the researcher and designers in my department.
