I'm a service designer with a curious spirit
and a drive to create meaningful experiences.

A little about me:
I am passionate about design because there is something new to explore everyday. I love tackling problems: big, complex, systemic problems as well as small, nuanced problems.

Over the past few years, I have worked on projects that utilize my research, strategy, design, and project management skills. I have also gained a detailed understanding of the complexities of healthcare ecosystems and the needs of their many stakeholders. 

I bring a broad set of skill to a project and enjoy collaborating on all aspects of human-centered design: framing problems, deeply understanding needs, identifying the right opportunities, translating insights into new creative concepts, and working with others to bring it to life. 

One of my talents is the ability to dive deep into a new topic, learning about people and gaining in depth knowledge of their challenges and needs so that the user can be front and center at every step of the design process. 

I am also the go-to creative thinker on many projects and bring a unique point of view to ideation sessions that my colleagues value. I am always willing to jump right in and concept solutions.
